The "Co" in Co-Creed stands for Community - Cooperation - Collaboration - Co-existence - Collective action. And this is our Creed that we believe in.
The idea of Co-Creed was initially conceived over two years as a solution to overcome the numerous issues being faced by residential communities whether they are cooperative societies or associations or any other such housing arrangements. Disputes and mis-management within these communities fester and escalate into litigation, sometimes prolonged over decades. A deep analysis of these reveals that most of these distressing issues could have been avoided if the stakeholders were more aware of their rights, the extant laws, good management practices and took necessary steps for collective debate and collaboration.

Co-Creed intends to help residential communities live in smoother, more fulfilling and well managed arrangements by sharing information and enabling consultancy on a variety of topics from security, safety, arboriculture, financial planning to the latest challenges in water conservation and waste management.

About us
Co-Creed aims to fill this capability void by operating as a crowd-funded, private, policy research think-tank cum consultancy cum execution guide. It aims to accomplish this using digital tech for rapidly bringing dozens of diverse views together in iterative processes using a proprietary technique of co-questioning the problems, co-creating the solutions and co-applying them with the active support of the clients and other stakeholders.
Our work is strongly grounded in the values of empathy, intellectual honesty, collaboration and compassionalism ( free market with a heart). We are inspired by the Jeffrey Sachs and Raj Sisodias who value people over processes. And aim at growing with our co-creating organizations as well as their members over long-term relationships. With our effective, low-cost policy solutions we intend to prioritise smaller agencies at the base first.
